Madison College is hiring a full-time Associate Brand Manager to join the dynamic marketing team. The Associate Brand Manager implements a comprehensive campaign strategy to tell the Madison College unique story in a consistent and compelling way across a variety of mediums and channels. This position will use data to foster smart, effective messages and results, partnering closely with Marketing team members as well as external vendors to implement the strategies. Manage end-to-end projects and assignments in way that demonstrates an understanding our of students and activate projects in relevant strategy activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Advance marketing campaigns that support initiatives and goals in admissions and enrollment. 
  • Advance a series of tactics to develop engaging and thoughtful content to promote the college in a variety of mediums and across multiple channels. 
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop marketing campaigns suited to different business needs. Oversee appropriate alignment of creative content to meet college's brand message, target markets, awareness and marketing needs. 
  • Partner with necessary vendors and team members to execute marketing campaigns for Madison College. 
  • Implement a comprehensive strategy to tell the Madison College story in a consistent and compelling way across a variety of mediums and channels 
  • Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all external advertising and public-facing communications. 
  • Perform industry research and utilize internal research to identify trends and needs. 
  • Maintains a commitment to the college mission, vision and values.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Skill in communicating effectively and professionally, both orally and in writing. 
  • Demonstrated skill in communications and human relations with populations of diverse socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds and persons with disabilities. 
  • Understanding of essential elements of effective marketing campaigns. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work with internal and external partners to execute strategic marketing campaigns, including measuring results and ROI. 
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment to meet deadlines. 
  • Think critically with an ability to synthesize complex or diverse information. Collect and research data, using intuition and experience to complement data. 
  • Preference given to those candidates that have experience working on digital marketing campaigns. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Two year’s related experience.
