Marketing Intern - Social Media & Creative

We are seeking a motivated and creative indiviual to join our team as marketing intern. Focusing on using your creativity to run social media platforms and administrative tasks within a fast-paced real estate environment. 

• Manage and update the company's LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram pages with engaging content to increase brand visibility and engagement. 
• Collaborate with other local accounts and influencers to expand our social media presence and grow our follower base. 
• Create captivating content using Canva for posting on office TVs, both internally and on social media platforms. 
• Assist in the creation of an internal newsletter, working closely with the marketing team to curate content, including videos. 
• Complete various administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the office.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
• Proficiency in social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. 
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics. 
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. 
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges. 
• Experience with Canva or graphic design tools. 
• Creative side. 
• College student studying Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design or Public Relations preferred. 
• Part time in person - can be flexible.
