You wish your friends understood your passion for code and design. Finn Digital is looking for students interested in participating in the web development process. If you want to hone your skills to produce high-quality, interactive web applications for clients needing real-world creative solutions, we would love to have you join our team as a web development intern.

This internship is designed to get you involved in all aspects of web and interactive production, from the ground up. You'll be responsible for learning new skills quickly while participating in several different web and interactive projects at the same time. As a functional part of both small and large teams, you'll actively participate with project managers, designers and developers in nearly every element of the full project cycle. We'll look for you to show up with your A game and play like you mean it, the same as we do. Plenty of room for learning from your mistakes, no room for slackers.

To make sure you fit right in, you need to have a basic understanding of:

- HTML programming (dynamic programming languages, a definite plus!)
- CSS and XML
- Adobe Dreamweaver
- Flash programming and applications
- Adobe Illustrator, Fireworks or Photoshop

High motivation to learn and willingness to jump right in will set you apart from the crowd.
