One minute it's a 20-page brochure for a healthcare account. The next, it's brainstorming taglines for a new product. And every minute you are creating copy that nails it. Whether you're working solo or on a team, you always deliver the goods: imaginative work born from knowing your client, strategy and target.

Responsibilities include:

1. Writing. Primarily print (collateral and advertising).
2. Writing. Secondarily video and radio.
3. Writing. Thirdly for whatever else we have going on such as web, interactive, outdoor, direct mail, email, trade shows.
4. Thinking. Creatively. You can push out concepts and copy that support the strategy.
5. Thinking. Thoroughly. Information is your friend. You can learn the client's business quickly and become a subject matter expert.
6. Thinking. Critically. You question and probe because your experience and instincts tell you that what the client wants isn't necessarily what they need.
7. Multi-tasking. The draft is off your plate, now what? Now you edit a radio spot. Cast talent for a video. Present concepts to the client. Proofread a proposal. Research the competition. Follow up with the account team for feedback. And that's just before lunch.

Requirements include:

1. Bachelor's Degree, Marketing or Communications
2. Minimum 10 years WRITING experience, preferably agency
3. B2B , B2E and Consumer experience
4. Healthcare experience
5. Passion for the details, the work and the RBK team, a must

Annual salary = Commensurate with experience
