This is a 25 to 30 hour a week position that could be a full time position.  If you've had client facing experience and can build a website from conception to completion, we want to talk with you. This is a fast-paced, ever-changing environment so being disciplined, organized and flexible is really important.

On a daily basis, you'll have multiple tasks from coding to design.  Your primary role is to help our clients succeed in visually telling their remarkable stories.   

E Mail Marketing - Create and update templates and one-off emails for email marketing blasts and conversion to multiple email marketing platforms.  Observe best-practice coding for email clients, maintaining design look on all email clients and modern browsers.

Web Development - Create websites following best-practices, utilizing standards when required. WordPress expertise necessary. Maintain web hosting contracts – uptime, backups and malware detection – and repair if necessary. Maintain client websites – uptime, updates when approved. Perform domain registration and DNS setup for new clients. Create/maintain databases for required websites. (MySQL)

Design – Create various materials from print to web advertisements, brochures, handouts, proposals, annual reports. Work directly with account managers on projects to ensure efficiency and maintain client expectations. Work directly with printers when necessary on client behalf to ensure product maintains integrity in print. Follow company standards for file naming, save locations and organization.

An associates or bachelors degree in web development, design or marketing.  

2+ years of experience in a related field.
