The senior account executive role is split between account services and creating new business for the agency. In this role, you will help clients evaluate their current cross-channel marketing options, benchmark them against best practices and identify opportunities for improvements.

You will:

  • Lead a portfolio of clients in a consulting role aimed at resolving key strategic issues that lead to a positive ROI for the client.
  • Develop cross channel marketing strategies that help the brand to succeed.
  • Work day-to-day on client service engagements.
  • Build and nurture new client relationships. Help your company become more innovative by seeking out new solutions for clients.
  • Contribute to Creative Company's overall growth and vision.
  • Ensure 100% Client Satisfaction.
  • Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Research, prepare and write detailed reports.
  • Project manage client assignments with artists, writers, social media pros, code developers and publicists.
  • Work autonomously but also work well in teams.
  • Be responsible for client facing professional communication.
  • You will then help them execute the plan and measure the results.
  • You will work with health care, BtoB, retail and consumer brands to help them reach their marketing objectives.

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will be innately curious, energetic, intelligent and intuitive.
  • You will need to demonstrate the ability to show improvement for the customer through PR, social media, email marketing, web design and branding.
  • The Sr. Account Executive must possess a unique blend of business and marketing savvy, a big-picture vision, and the ability to communicate that vision to clients.
  • The Senior Account Executive position requires a minimum of eight years of relevant experience.
  • Prior consulting experience is strongly preferred.
  • A bachelors degree is required.

Salary plus commission.  The Creative Company also offers paid vacation, holidays, and other benefits including corporate chaplaincy services.
