Due to continued growth, EPIC Creative is seeking another Project Manager to manage client projects from start to completion. Must be a self-starter and a ‘make-it-happen’ person.

The successful Project Manager will be extremely organized and able to coordinate and monitor the daily detail of all projects to assure they are completed on time, within budget and to the client’s satisfaction. Serve as day-to-day liaison, as required, between client and EPIC Creative for the purpose of accomplishing the stated project objectives. Other responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with the project team and clients to define scope and project requirements.
  • Manage full scope of projects (time, cost, quality) with minimal guidance from Account Manager.
  • Communicate with client or Account Manager on new projects and open projects in Workamajig.
  • Communicate with client or Account Manager on project revisions or issues and convey information to EPIC’s production departments.
  • Organize, prepare for and attend client creative meetings as needed.
  • Resolve conflicts, when needed, among project team members and clients.
  • Work with Account Manager to prepare proposals for clients.
  • Review recorded client billable hours for accuracy and prepare spreadsheets for invoicing.
  • Create and maintain client budget spreadsheets.
  • Organize and maintain all client project files, both physical and digital.
  • Read trade publications, websites or other sources for information to become knowledgeable on each client and to keep abreast of client’s industry issues and changes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years experience as a Project Manager with B2B & B2C experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or additional related experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in an agency environment, handling all facets of project management.
  • Must be able to understand the "big picture" while having the ability to master details of multiple projects.
  • Proven track record of strong organizational skills, accountability, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills required.
  • Must be able to handle sensitive client interactions with tact and diplomacy.
  • Ability to foster communication and motivate a diverse team to produce a quality product on time and within budget is a must.
  • Design and/or writing skills preferred.
  • Basic computer skills required; MAC, design software and Workamajig software knowledge a plus.
