Here we grow again. EPIC Creative is seeking account managers to manage marketing programs for B2B and B2C clients. Accountable for directing agency activities for their clients including planning strategy, time lines, budgets and successful completion of projects to clients' satisfaction. Works closely with senior partners responsible for their accounts to meet clients’ objectives.

The successful candidate will become the primary interface between the marketing director at the client level and EPIC Creative’s production people. Responsible for planning strategy, maintaining time lines, managing budgets, and making sure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to clients' satisfaction. Would work closely with senior partner responsible for these accounts.

  • Communicate with clients on all matters, including expectations, scope creep and issues of a sensitive nature, with professionalism.
  • Manage clients’ projects using established agency software, policies and procedures.
  • Review, analyze and finalize client invoicing monthly.
  • Typical projects include brand development, print and online ad creative, direct marketing campaigns, print literature, e-marketing, video production, photography, social media, public relations, research, etc.
  • Responsible for learning the industry of their clients, and becoming competent in helping develop goal-oriented messaging for the various projects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years experience as Account Manager with B2B & B2C experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or additional related experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in an agency environment, handling all facets of account and project management.
  • Experience in leading clients in strategic marketing and brand direction.
  • Must be able to think "big picture" while accurately overseeing the details of multiple projects.
  • Must be able to demonstrate strong organizational skills, accountability, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to handle sensitive client interactions with tact and diplomacy.
