The Benefit Experience (BenX) Consumer Strategy Manager serves as a strategy lead for the model including go to market communication strategy, consumer strategy and industry/market trends. You provide strategic thinking and increase solution innovation as well as lead the execution of strategies generated. The BenX Consumer Strategy Manager actively contributes to the continuous improvement, evolution, and growth of the solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep BenX marketing and communication materials current for new and existing clients. 
  • Establish and lead communication strategy and delivery with Aon Benefit Experience business partners (administrative and communication).
  • Develop partnerships with third-party resources as needed (communications, market research/insights, etc.). 
  • Coordinate focus groups and client feedback on strategy as needed. 
  • Develop and manage any internal communications required to support BenX. 
  • Develops survey analytics strategy to capture actionable insights from clients, customers, and carriers. 
  • Lead the planning and coordination of BenX client and carrier events and forums and liaison with all internal partners. 
  • Own and lead overall consumer strategy of the BenX solution and how innovations/enhancements will support the goals of the strategy. 
  • Future potential opportunity to manage a small team of colleagues that support our product/communication strategy.

Required Experience:

  • Ten plus years health and benefits and or health marketing 
  • Client experience with a consulting company, insurance company, brokerage or in the health and benefits or health exchange discipline 
  • Ability to influence and articulate value with senior level executives. 
  • Strong project management and execution skills 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Strong team skills 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools 
  • Ability to travel as needed

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

The salary range for this position intended for U.S. applicants is $140K to $150K annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of [State/Region]. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive [an annual discretionary bonus] [production incentives] in addition to base salary. The amount of any [bonus] [production incentives] varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
