We are seeking a Creative Designer to join our Marketing Communications Team at KI’s Corporate Office in Green Bay.

This role will have a balance of strategic and conceptual creative design as well as tactical production skills to implement traditional and digital marketing initiatives. The skill set required to meet these expectations includes graphic/layout/digital design, typography, color theory, image editing, and print/digital production expertise. A fundamental understanding of print, website and digital media design principles and ability to prepare files for both print and electronic purposes is essential. This role will also function as a brand steward, with responsibility for maintaining and enforcing brand and identity standards.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Copywriting and web design skills a plus. Other qualities include exceptional attention to detail, ability to work quickly with minimal supervision, and impeccable organization. A working knowledge of architecture and interior design is preferred along with a minimum 3 years’ experience in corporate and/or agency environment experience working in graphic design and/or digital marketing.

Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or similar field. If you’re a creative thinker with a passion for design this may be the perfect job for you!
