Position Details:
Responsible for the day-to-day tasks of the Creative Operations team for Grainger Marketing. Develops, implements and optimizes creative processes and procedures across all channels. Contributes and helps establish, maintain and update guidelines, while understanding and enhancing and evaluating existing creative technology. Responsible for establishing and implementing Creative Operational Metrics, KPIs and providing training across marketing and to other business partners to ensure understanding and adoption. This role partners cross-functionally to ensure alignment and consistency across Marketing teams and external stakeholders.
You will report to the Director of Creative and GCAN Marketing.
