Due to an exciting promotion on the Coborn’s, Inc. Marketing team, we are hiring for a Director of Digital and Loyalty Marketing! If you embrace change and growth and have a “Bring It” everyday attitude, we’d love for you to join our team!

As the Director of Digital and Loyalty Marketing, you will spearhead digital marketing initiatives and help drive our company’s continued growth! This position is responsible for developing and leading a comprehensive digital marketing and loyalty rewards program through promotion design, brand alignment, and, an outreach plan to increase visibility, traffic, and engagement.

With the guidance and support of company leadership, you will develop and deploy effective promotionstrategies to drive new customer adoption, provide insights on strategic marketing decisions, and manage customer performance metrics initiatives.

We are searching for a highly analytical marketing professional who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and driving results. This position will work closely with the marketing, finance, merchandising, operations, e-commerce, and IT teams to drive sales and overall growth!

Aside from leading the exciting digital and loyalty marketing initiatives, you will also serve as a Coborn’s, Inc. Ambassador – responsible for building relationships with Coborn’s, Inc. team members, vendors, and stakeholders to design and implement targeted marketing offers and tactics to drive sales throughout the organization.

Under the direction of the Senior Vice President of Marketing & Communications, you will provide leadership, support, and guidance to our talented digital and social marketing team members.

Regularly, you can expect to:

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to craft compelling propositions that deliver value to the guests, influence, create, and execute program roadmap. 
  • Lead and support shopper marketing programs with vendors in partnership with merchandising teams to optimize new revenue streams through targeted digital marketing programs. 
  • Support the business with timely insights and data analytics that inform and optimize decisions across digital and loyalty functional areas including Strategy, Product Management, Digital Experience, Marketing, and Guest Behavior to enhance basket size and profitability. 
  • Evaluate and analyze programs, guest behavior, program revenue performance, and marketing activities, providing recommendations for improvement and evolution to drive incremental growth. 
  • Lead by example to create a culture that engages employees, and builds team spirit and morale through recognition, accountability, coaching for talent development, and urgency. 
  • Develop a high-performing team to create and maintain effective succession plans. 
  • Train, coach, and mentor on how to drive results through consistent executional excellence of company standards, promotional excitement, product knowledge, data analysis, and guest service. 
  • Provide inter-company communications with merchandising, marketing, and company leadership stakeholders on programs and campaign results and communications with analysis results, competitor insights, etc. 
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide insights and reporting regarding guest purchase patterns and spending. 
  • Lead, assist, and support the staff and individual stores in understanding and interpreting customer analysis and competitor insights.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; or four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • 7-10 years of management experience leading teams in digital marketing and data analytics. 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of loyalty marketing programs, concepts and principles, to include but not limited to, marketing, merchandising, fulfillment, payment, guest service and overall experience.
