We are seeking a talented Freelance Writer with B2B writing experience, preferably in background screening or HR-focused industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business-to-business (B2B) communication strategies and the ability to craft compelling content tailored to our target audience of HR professionals, business owners, and decision-makers.

  1. Research industry trends, news, and best practices in background screening, HR, and related fields. 
  2. Write engaging, informative content such as blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, and website copy. 
  3. Develop content that addresses the pain points, challenges, and needs of our target audience. 
  4. Collaborate with internal teams and digital agencies to ensure content aligns with marketing goals, brand voice, and messaging. 
  5. Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines. 
  6. Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility and drive organic traffic. 
  7. Stay up to date with industry developments and incorporate relevant insights into content creation. 
  8. Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement.
  1. Proven experience as a freelance writer with a portfolio demonstrating B2B writing expertise. 
  2. Background in background screening, HR, or related fields preferred. 
  3. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. 
  4. Strong research skills and the ability to translate complex information into clear, concise content. 
  5. Understanding of SEO principles and experience optimizing content for search engines.
