The Growth Marketing Manager wears many hats at Cultivate Communications including:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients to include delivering excellent customer service.
  • Executing marketing strategies that drive growth through the entire marketing process.
  • Hands-on, and often clever execution of digital and traditional tactics
  • Ensuring successful completion on time and within budgets
  • Tracking and reporting results and suggesting optimization.
  • Professional client interaction to collect information, provide project updates and results.

Everything the Growth Marketer is involved in is measured and focused on business impact.

The Growth Marketing Manager will also work closely with the lead Strategist to ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with our client's strategies and goals.

Typical responsibilities might include:

  • Collaborate with the team to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Manage SEO vendors and social media channels and contribute to the creation of engaging content (we like people who speak their minds)
  • Plan and run paid advertising campaigns on a variety of platforms.
  • Maintain data and lists for campaigns (1:many, 1:few and 1:1/ABM).
  • Set up and operate marketing automation campaigns in HubSpot, SalesForce/Engage or client’s marketing automation platform, including lead scoring and reporting.
  • Analyze data to track the success of marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments.
  • Design and implement logical and practical marketing experiments to drive iterative improvements.
  • Interact with suspects and prospects that engage with content to introduce Cultivate and pre-qualify leads.
  • Support sales with business development tasks. 
  • Stays up late reading-up on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, B2B preferred.
  • Strong understanding of social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and content marketing. 
  • Experience with data analysis and tracking marketing campaign performance.
  • Ability to WOW us with their ability to effectively communicate.
  • Can take-on projects independently as well as work as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and results oriented.
