As an Integrated Content Marketing Developer at Mirion, you will play a key role in executing content marketing initiatives to drive engagement and action among our target audiences. Working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, you will create and optimize content across various channels to strengthen our brand and support our product marketing objectives. Your responsibilities will include content creation and distribution, collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure the success of our content marketing efforts.

Team Overview:

You will be part of the Mirion Marketing team, working closely with Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Design and Events colleagues. Together, we create compelling and impactful content that resonates with our target audience and supports our overall marketing goals. Our Marketing Team Purpose: Craft stories. Spark conversations. Functions of the Role:

  • Support go-to-market (GTM) programs with clear, consistent, and differentiated product and brand messaging across all media to foster engagement and generate opportunities. 
  • Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align content with campaign objectives. 
  • Execute content marketing initiatives that drive product awareness and education, with focus on strong product positioning, including customer stories and cross-selling, as applicable. 
  • Research, write, and edit high-quality, engaging, and relevant content across various formats, including web content, collateral, social media posts, video content, articles, and case studies. 
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather insights and information for content creation, and partner with designers to create visually appealing and engaging content. 
  • Ensure alignment with our brand voice and messaging and optimize content for search engines (SEO). 
  • Activate content across multiple channels, including our website, social media platforms, email campaigns, ad campaigns, and sponsored content. 
  • Support sales enablement strategies and internal campaign activation communications. 
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging content marketing techniques. 
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all content produced. 
  • Support the development and maintenance of content calendars and editorial schedules. 
  • Stay informed about our target audience, their needs, pain points, and preferences to create content that resonates. 
  • Continuously evaluate and improve content marketing processes and workflows.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a similar role. 
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content. 
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques. 
  • Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools. 
  • Experience with email and social media platforms and content distribution channels. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. 
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative content ideas. 
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in content marketing. 
  • Experience in B2B marketing or a technical industry is a plus.
