What You'll Do:

Our intern will be involved in the daily production, reporting and analysis of paid digital media at Wilson Sporting Goods Co. He or she will learn the ins and outs of paid media platforms, inclusive of but not limited to, Google Ads and Meta. They will learn to build campaigns from scratch, pull insights and put together reporting on campaign performance. Part of this position will also include communicating with the stakeholders in each of the business units on campaign performance, upcoming launches and anything else that falls under the paid media umbrella. He or she will work closely with the paid media team and the D2C counterparts in each business unit.

The central project that the intern will work on will be related to paid media reporting for Q2 for DTC and all BUs. They will manage gathering the data from the platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, Meta and any other new platform), reporting out the numbers in the form of tables and charts, developing the insights and making recommendations. This will include a glimpse into what our competitors are doing, how did our own investment compare as well as an analysis on the creative and any insights on what can do better.

What We're Looking For:

Qualifications to accomplish the project and everyday work will include:

  • Some familiarity with digital marketing platforms – Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Tik Tok Ads Manager, Sprinklr, DV360, etc. 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Organizational & time management skills 
  • Working towards a degree in eCommerce, Marketing or similar field
