We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Communications Specialist with a passion for science and a keen interest in translating complex biomolecular concepts into compelling narratives. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion.

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of 3D Molecular Design’s products, customers, company, and competition. 
  • Uphold and improve 3D Molecular Designs’ brand, image, and identity, managing logos and other brand assets. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform technical information into engaging content across various marketing channels. 
  • Write, proofread, edit, and produce content for various platforms, including product documentation, websites, catalogs, emails, ads, and social media channels. 
  • Craft impactful messages focusing on weaving molecular stories and conveying the value of products/services. 
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges, providing insights for continuous improvement. 
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization. 
  • Implement a comprehensive marketing communications plan with annual objectives and strategies for sales growth. 
  • Prepare, place, and monitor the results of advertisements, including Google ads, Facebook, and/or biology-based media, adjusting strategies based on results. 
  • Coordinate the introduction of new products, special events, and activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones. 
  • Maintain and update the website using content management systems. 
  • Collaborate on planning and implementing exhibits and workshops at science education conferences, including promotional materials, displays, and logistics. 
  • Assist with additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or relevant field. 
  • Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills. 
  • At least 2 years of marketing communications experience, including marketing products or services, advertising, social media, website management, analytics, video management, publications, and print projects. 
  • Ability to collaborate successfully with others on strategies, plans, and content. 
  • Ability to prioritize projects and execute deadlines. 
  • Ability to effectively use technology, including Office 365, social media, website, content management systems, customer relationship management systems, etc. 
  • Potential ability to travel for science conferences 
  • Experience with HubSpot or another customer relationship management system preferred.

Salary: From $45,000 per year
