What You'll Do:

We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator - Team Sports, who will support the team across activities designed to unlock and accelerate global brand and sales growth through optimizations in communication, best-in-class project management and partnership execution. This role supports each of our key drivers in the Team Sports marketing strategy across elite partnerships, grassroots, DTC, and performance product initiatives.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate and manage all Team Sports global communications and asset delivery across the brand and regions (ex. calendars, KPI Dashboards, brand planning, and best practice sharing). 
  • Establish and run, in concert with the Marketing Director, a best practice for uploading, sharing, and communicating assets globally. 
  • Serve as the team’s global point of contact for asset management including systems management (PIM/DAM), regional/localization requests, and on-time asset trafficking. 
  • Maintain and update marketing tools with marketing managers on an ongoing basis. 
  • Work alongside the Marketing Managers to audit, track, and recap critical D2C optimizations including, but not limited to, asset trafficking, monitoring, and reporting. 
  • Execute partnership asset deliverables for elite and grassroots level partners. 
  • Partner with the Marketing Director to execute Allyship initiatives including team communications, quarterly meetings, content planning, product donations, and fulfilling specific partner needs. 
  • Manage and fulfill League/Partnership, Grassroots and Wilson ambassador product contractual obligations. 
  • Provide project management and communication support to the General Manager of Team Sports, including but not limited to calendar, meeting, and expense management. 
  • Establish and execute a BU comms update routine. 
  • Perform other duties as required.

What We're Looking For:

This role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of one year of experience working for an agency or brand. Internship experience may be considered.

Other qualifications include:

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. 
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects across multiple managers in a fast paced, dynamic environment. 
  • A disciplined visual storyteller with very solid experience in Microsoft Power Point is a must. 
  • Basic experience with Microsoft Excel also necessary 
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities with ease and composure, while prioritizing workload effectively and meeting deadlines Excellent writing, proofreading, and grammar skills. 
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with different functions. 
  • Ability to act with poise, tact, and diplomacy, while carrying out duties autonomously 
  • Strong sense of initiative, drive, creativity, sound decision making, and teamwork 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish strong rapport with internal and external customers. 
  • Effective communication skills (listening, verbal, and written), with the ability to express ideas, problems, and solutions with clarity.
