Under the direction of the Director of Commercial Marketing, the Global Marketing Manager - Product | Commercial is someone who successfully develops and implements product launch campaign to support our commercial fitness brand in the diverse global environments and channels we serve. The successful candidate will be task-oriented with a strong background in project management, with proven leadership working with cross functional teams and creating and implementing marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Support all elements of our comprehensive marketing program with these specific areas of focus:

Product Marketing:

  • Product launches: work with product development teams to create and execute launch packages for commercial product and product lines based on a deep understanding of various market and customer needs 
  • Software updates and technology integrations: work with tech team to effectively create and execute software update and technology integration communication and assets packages to further enforce our commitment to our customers and the user experience. 
  • Determine global positioning and key messages of new and existing products and solutions across brand for commercial segments 
  • Establish and manage marketing launch plans and product repositioning plans from start to finish 
  • Identify opportunities to develop new assets, refine messaging and launch new campaigns that drive business growth for existing products and solutions 
  • Develop sales enablement materials -- product demos, videos, webinars, collateral, landing pages, and web content and educate them on how and what to use. 
  • Manage all product catalogs in cooperation with the product and creative teams 
  • Develop and deploy after-sales communications campaigns that commercial customers can use to promote and market new Matrix products or programs directly to their membership bases. 
  • Work closely with the product training and education team to ensure best brand representation for all collateral and presentations 
  • Support group education and programming, acting as a liaison between the group education team and strategic marketing teams to develop programming support and comprehensive marketing plans

Sales Support:

  • Work with global strategic account sales teams to identify areas where global marketing can better support their efforts in the field with product-specific campaign and assets 
  • Identify opportunities to best support our global subsidiaries’ social media and content marketing programs for our commercial business 
  • Act as a strong brand advocate to ensure adherence to the guidelines and voice of the Matrix commercial brand strategy

Miscellaneous:

  • All other projects as assigned

Requirements:

Education:

  • Minimum of four-year degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing, or other related field related.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in executing marketing strategies and programs 
  • Proven project management abilities, with experience leading cross functional teams to achieve desired work product 
  • Demonstrated experience in analyzing the market; developing and executing marketing strategies; and achieving results 
  • Desire to exceed our customers’ expectations 
  • Experience working with multiple geographies and global subsidiaries preferred 
  • Experience managing project budgets

Other Requirements:

  • Occasional travel may be required, domestic (1-2 times per year) and potentially international (~1 time per year) 
  • Excellent organizational and computer skills required
