Our integrated medical center provide a wide range of specialties, including Primary Care, the Women’s and Children’s Center, the Door Orthopedic Center, Behavioral Health,General Surgery, the Door County Cancer Center, a skilled nursing facility, and rehabilitation services facilities among others. With its main campus in Sturgeon Bay and satellite clinics and rehabilitation services facilities in other smaller communities, DCMC provides expert care, close to home. To continue our promise of putting patients first in everything we do, Door County Medical Center began a partnership with Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) in 2016. This partnership allows us to continue to grow our organization, offer patients increased access to specialists and provide the same high level of care for which we are recognized. As a Catholic-based health care system, HSHS/Prevea shares our organization's strong commitment to serving the health care needs of our entire community, especially the poor. Since 2016, our organizations have worked as partners in the delivery of high quality, compassionate health care to the residents of Door County and northeast Wisconsin. Door County Medical Center remains responsive to the needs of the community and continues to support partnerships that benefit community health.

DCMC collaborates with local organizations to address the health needs of the community, living up to its mission to improve the health and well-being of all people, especially the poor. DCMC’s myriad community involvements – including support for silent sporting events, arts and music events, afterschool programs, and youth sports – make the hospital the leader in community wellness for all ages. DCMC also supports school nursing programs in local public schools, as well as occupational and physical therapy and sports medicine, and partners with local employers through occupational health services and the Personal Health Team Program.
