Senior Corporate Communications Specialist Essential Responsibilities:
The Senior Corporate Communications Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing multichannel communications for data-driven, strategic marketing campaigns and innovative digital experiences. The Senior Corporate Communications Specialist will work alongside Senior and Executive Leadership Members to craft and distribute internal and external communications, including press releases, news articles, blog posts, etc. This position would work with the Marketing Team in producing and editing stories and features centered around ALCIVIA, our employees and our member customers.
- Develop descriptive and persuasive messaging to be used in omni-channel marketing communications
- Responsible for fostering relationships with ALCIVIA Leadership Members to develop and implement integrated strategic communications plans
- Collaborate with Business Unit Leaders and Team Members to develop communication plans that are tailored to help achieve each Business Unit’s goals
- Work with ALCIVIA’s Marketing Team to ensure messaging is consistent with brand image and standards
- Collaborate with other members of the marketing team in campaign development
- Coordinate and assist with the establishment of Marketing best practices through the use of A/B testing and other Marketing tools
- Drive innovations and enhancements to employee communications, programs and platforms
- Regularly contributes to the development of new practices, techniques, and standards and is recognized as a communications expert
