Exciting opportunity to do breakthrough B2B marketing strategy and social media for the world's best and largest airline. Entrepreneurial in spirit, a ‘builder’ at heart, a strategic thinker with an eye on detail, the Senior Manager - Marketing Strategy will work across functions to launch brands and products to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bring comprehensive marketing vision and brand strategy to marketing programs that deliver business and sales objectives. 
  • Manage the strategic development and program execution of B2B, demand generation, content, brand, social media, digital product marketing, events, and customer marketing. 
  • Oversee and advise creative on development of brand, co-branded, social, program, event and loyalty materials and campaigns. 
  • Strategize with the United creative team, MileagePlus and sales and business development on marketing needs and work collaboratively with cross-functional partners on marketing and creative requests.

***This is a hybrid position with weekly in office days spent at our NYC or Chicago office***

Qualifications:

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communications or a relevant technical or business (MBA) post graduate degree. 
  • 7+ years in B2B Marketing Strategy, Advertising, Digital Media, Social Media marketing, AdTech and/or Martech industry. 
  • Experience managing 3rd party creative agencies and design resources. 
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, broad business and technical acumen and a strong aptitude for working through ambiguity. 
  • Proven expertise in building brand strategy and launching new brands and products in the Advertising, Media and/or Technology sector. 
  • Cross functional experience strategizing with sales leadership on marketing needs. 
  • Strong understanding of brand safety and design best practices. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment 
  • Authorized to work in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship
