Our Opportunity:

Chewy is seeking a Social Media Analyst to join our Brand Social Marketing team in Minneapolis, MN. This person will be responsible for developing and organizing project and program management on a fast-paced team focused on Organic Social Media, and will lead social media publishing and content scheduling within central tools. The individual will set plans, create workflows, and lead meetings - and will manage both high-level and tactical team operations. Clear and effective communication, strong critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential, as are project and program management experience. What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and create comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resources required for successful project execution. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing teams, creative teams, and other relevant departments, to ensure seamless communication and coordination. 
  • Build new and improve upon existing team workflows, manage team meetings, and delegate creative work to Social team members. 
  • Establish and manage project timelines, ensuring that all tasks and milestones are met on schedule and that final deliverables meet quality standards, specs, brand guidelines, and the brief. 
  • Identify and communicate potential risks and challenges that may impact project delivery and develop strategies to mitigate or address them. 
  • Develop social media-safe assortment strategies within creative briefs, ensuring proper product usage within Creative and Studio work. 
  • Own Social team project intake form requests and timelines. 
  • Own end-to-end tactical brief approvals to content publishing and scheduling, ensuring final files are placed in correct areas for publishing and dissemination. 
  • Draft social media copy alongside asset publishing. 
  • Lead social media content calendar and external calendar share-outs with partner teams. 
  • Continuously assess existing social media asset performance, based on predetermined key performance indicators, with support from team leaders. 
  • Demonstrate consistent curiosity and high standards to continuously evaluate new opportunities and improvements across team goals and objectives.

What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum of 3+ years managing projects or programs, ideally with Creative or Marketing Agency experience 
  • Experience with publishing and scheduling content within social media management tools (Sprinklr, Brandwatch Consumer Research) preferred 
  • Experience with program management tools (CrossCap, Slack, Workfront) preferred 
  • A keen eye for organization, simplicity, and always knowing where the final asset link lives Success implementing workflows, programs, and solutions across collaborative and cross-functional teams 
  • Demonstrated experience with critical thinking, problem solving, and questioning the status quo 
  • Experience leading team meetings, keeping team members to deadlines, and managing both up and down
