As our Social Media Strategist, you'll be the creative catalyst and strategic powerhouse of our Marketing team. Your mission is to drive innovation, engagement, and meaningful connections across our digital platforms. We're seeking a forward-thinking strategist with a flair for storytelling and a passion for creating impactful social media experiences.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic Campaign Management and Execution: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive social media campaigns across multiple platforms, focusing on creativity, deliverability, awareness, and engagement. 
  • Content Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and oversee a cohesive content strategy that aligns with our brand goals, identity, and audience preferences, leveraging insights from cross-departmental collaboration. 
  • Analytics & Reporting: Utilize social media management and analytics tools to monitor performance metrics, generating insightful reports on follower growth and engagement rates by account and platform. Ability to inform future campaign actions based on analysis 
  • Paid Media Campaigns (Social and SEM): Plan, create, and execute paid social media and paid search campaigns, managing targeting, budgeting, and analyzing ROI to maximize impact. 
  • Audience Engagement and Management: Foster and manage vibrant community involvement by engaging with followers, responding to comments, seeking social partnership opportunities, and managing social media interactions with tact, especially during crises. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across marketing, sales, customer service, and product development to ensure a unified brand message and leverage diverse insights. 
  • Trend Monitoring & Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement in our strategies. 
  • Creative & Innovative Ideation and Strategy Planning: Bring fresh, innovative ideas for content, campaigns, and engagement strategies, contributing to a culture of creativity and innovation. 
  • Brand Advocacy & Compliance: Ensure all social media communications are on-brand, comply with best practices, and resonate with a diverse and global audience. 
  • Influencer Engagement and Management: Source and manage influencer opportunities for TIDI brands and products.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a Social media marketing or Digital marketing role with social media management and influencer marketing 
  • Proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio demonstrating success in growing brand presence and engaging audiences. 
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics). 
  • Experience with graphic design, photo editing, content creation, and paid social media campaigns. 
  • Exceptional communication, creativity, and strategic thinking skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and platforms, prioritizing effectively under tight deadlines. 
  • Commitment to continuous learning and adapting to new trends and technologies.

Estimated starting annual base salary pay ranges is $70,000 – $90,000, less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi-weekly basis. Please note that the actual compensation offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined by the Company, which may include, but is not limited to, location, experience, qualifications, education, skillset, and market conditions. The target base compensation for this role is in the low to middle of the range, with the top of the range reserved for only exceptional circumstances. TIDI Products offers a competitive benefits package to eligible full-time employees, which currently includes medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with employer matching contributions, life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more, as well as paid sick leave in accordance with applicable law.
