Holly Johnstone is a communication professional with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations communicate transformational change in complex business environments. She is also a Faculty Associate, UW-Madison, College of Letters & Science.

Industry experience includes health insurance, hospital systems, real estate investment trust, Video game development, hospitality, financial services, information technology services, consumer products, professional services, and educational services

Clients include: SC Johnson, Marriott, Electronic Arts (EA), Zynga, University of Wisconsin, Northwestern Mutual, JBG SMITH, Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, ViON, and a Big Four Consultancy.

Before starting her consulting business, Holly held key internal communication positions at S.C. Johnson & Son (maker of Windex®, Pledge®, Ziploc®, Glade®, Raid® and other major brands) and Assurant Health, part of Assurant, a Fortune 500 company.

Holly co-developed a strategic business communication workshop she delivers annually at UW-Madison.
