Kramer Madison is seeking an Account Executive who is highly motivated, process-oriented and has experience in marketing or advertising environment. Our client base is broad geographically and in size, from Fortune 500 to mid-sized businesses.

As an Account Executive, you will be developing new client prospects, expanding existing accounts and project managing workflow of in-cycle projects. You will be the point of contact for clients and work directly with team members to leverage all of Kramer Madison’s expertise. You'll act as the crucial link between Kramer and its clients. You will assess client goals, and then coordinate the Kramer’s creative, marketing, print, promotional and administrative staff to help them produce effective campaigns and deliverables.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree

- 5+ years of sales, marketing or agency experience

- Must have a strong work ethic and be self-motivated

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Project Management experience necessary

- Excellent time management skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Confident making presentations

- Confident prospecting new clients

- Confident selling big ideas

- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite

- SalesForce experience a plus

Compensation includes salary, plus unlimited earning potential to earn commission/bonus. Competitive benefit package including 401k.
