As our newest account planner, you’ll be instrumental in developing an understanding of an audience, marketplace and competitive set and deriving insights that inspire the greater team. You know that it’s more than leading discovery. It’s about leading the development of the creative brief — the lens through which we judge our work. Your goal is to intimately know and understand an audience through comprehensive discovery. Colleagues would say you’re great at inspiring collaboration — an engaging dialogue helps you formulate your best work. You’re determined to use the discovery process to arrive at the insights that will produce the best work. Like us, you know it’s not easy, but it’s worth it.

  • You have at least four years of experience in brand strategy, consumer insights and/or brand planning. 
  • You have experience in account planning, strategy, advertising, marketing or market research and writing effective creative briefs. 
  • You have a deep understanding of strategic thinking, concepts and best practices. 
  • You’re curious, flexible and strategic. 
  • You have a fundamental understanding and practical experience with qualitative and quantitative research. 
  • You have a clear, comfortable and persuasive presentation style for all settings. You have integrated and multichannel marketing experience. 
  • You’re driven to do the best work, no matter what it takes.
