We're fast-moving, rapidly growing and revel in our ability to deliver earned media, consistently and on target. We're seeking to hire a full-time Account Supervisor to join our rapidly growing team.

Interdependence is looking for an Account Supervisor, Public Relations and Influencer Marketing (Consumer / Travel). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in PR and/or influencer marketing. Experience in consumer, CPG, or travel is required. Agency experience is a plus.

  • Lead integrated PR and/or influencer marketing programs for clients, including strategic counsel, guidance, and execution, with a focus on PR/media relations, brand journalism and/or influencer marketing.
  • Provide expertise to leverage content in multiple ways and formats.
  • Provide ongoing strategic PR/marketing counsel through regular dialogue.
  • General account management/client services
  • Deep expertise in earned media story development and media pitching and oversight.
  • Oversee development of high-quality media materials including press releases, pitches, etc.
  • Experience with influencer marketing is required.
  • Experience integrating earned media within a larger marketing and communications strategy is required.
  • Position can be done remotely from any US location ongoing.

Responsibilities include:

  • Strategically manage and grow multiple integrated PR and influencer marketing accounts within the consumer, lifestyle, CPG, and/or travel space.
  • Engage with consumer, lifestyle, and travel press and social media influencers on a national scale.
  • Develop strategic plans inclusive of PR and influencer plans; oversee the development of all related press materials and brand/comms content.
  • Secure thought leader interviews and articles in the national trade media (business/consumer media a plus).
  • Deep experience securing national media coverage is required.
  • Deep experience managing social media influencers is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Deep experience in the consumer, lifestyle, CPG and/or travel industry.
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
  • Team player with a good attitude.
  • Exceptional follow-up, follow-through, and time management skills.
  • Creative/strategic thinker
