JOB SUMMARY:

ORV's Associate Marketing Communications Specialist will be responsible for owning athlete and corporate partner communication and relationships to coordinate and manage vehicle, accessory, and part deliverables detailed in contract or deal point agreements. Primary areas of focus include: regular and consistent communication with partners and dealers on coordination of information required to process deliverables, and processing and tracking of documentation. Managing and maintaining strong relationships with our key partners and athletes is an important part of our business and anyone interested needs to have strong relationship building skills, professionalism, organization and communication.

In addition, this role will be responsible for managing payment processing, unit and order tracking, parts orders and press orders.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage orders and relationships for corporate partners, celebrities, influencers, athletes and press on vehicle, accessory and parts needs, including on critical time-sensitive requests and initiatives for the entire brand marketing team 
  • Manage partner requests to key processes, including new orders, invoicing, payment, transfer of ownership and delivery 
  • Identify and implement new processes to streamline efficiencies across the team 
  • Own and maintain monthly Part & Units budget for all of ORV 
  • Own dealer communication to coordinate marketing vehicle delivery and setup, and arrange dealer credits 
  • Process vehicle, accessory and part order forms; gather required information from partners for new needs 
  • Coordinate with dealer network to arrange vehicle delivery or expedite orders from inventory as needed 
  • Manage the sell through process, including processing cash sales, manual invoicing, and auction preparation 
  • Own the payments process on machines and units between accounting, dealerships and other required stakeholders 
  • Track and organize order, invoice, payment and write-off documentation 
  • Update tracking files on weekly basis to ensure visibility to all new orders

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

  • Bachelor degree in business, marketing or related preferred 
  • 3+ years relevant experience 
  • Good operational and process orientation; strong project management and organizational abilities 
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills; significant attention to detail 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to operate autonomously 
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Up to 20% travel, including some weekends 
  • Corporate office environment
