Passion for numbers? Great. Self-starter, entrepreneurial? Perfect. And, you’re interested in partnering with our media team to uncover all the ins and outs of media buying and accurate invoicing? You’re the one! You want to learn more about the changing landscape of media operations, and you’re great at the operations part. You’re organized and can juggle multiple projects at once and enjoy the monthly uptick of the billing cycle. You have two or more years of experience in billing, administrative support or media buying, you’ve probably even worked at an agency. You’ve got talents in Excel or other media-buying platforms. But most of all, you’re ready to inspire our team with your positive self-starter attitude.

  • You have two or more years of professional experience in an administrative or accounting role. 
  • You give strong attention to detail with a passion for numbers. 
  • You are Microsoft Office proficient (Word, Excel, Outlook). 
  • You have an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and stay organized during peak times of the month. 
  • You’re self-motivated and love problem-solving to drive daily solutions. 
  • You’re ready to be part of a fast-paced team.
