Bookkeeper

About Face Media is seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team part time with potential for full time with benefits and PTO.

Primary responsibilities for this position include:

• Maintain and balance the general ledger in an accurate, complete, and up-to-date manner
• Perform all activities related to the accounts payable function including reviewing, coding, and processing payments 
• Perform account receivable functions including invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition
• Prepare financial reports including cash flow, bank reconciliation, sales, and payroll tax filings.
• Interpret and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work in order to ensure compliance with applicable standards 
• Additional duties as needed.

• Proficient in Quickbooks 
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 
• Previous experience required 
• BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred. 
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. 
• Ability to work with minimal supervision with great accuracy and efficiency.
