The Business Consultant provides PURPOSEFUL brand support to our franchise and/or corporate community to deliver a great guest experience, resulting in sales growth, profitability and increased market share. This includes overseeing local store marketing plans, consulting with store owners on maximizing the benefits of marketing and working with stores on all matters that impact store operations.

What We Seek:

  • Education equivalent to an associate’s degree in management, sales, marketing or business administration. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of related experience in restaurant operations, training and marketing

  • A valid driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle
