Campaign Manager
Southeast Wisconsin
Milwaukee, WI

The Campaign Manager (Digital Ad Operations Trafficker) is responsible for executing the implementation of creative assets for all advertising campaigns, technical QA of ads individually and in relation to site compatibility, applied knowledge of ad-server delivery requirements, and campaign optimization analysis. They will work with the Media Strategist, Digital Marketing Team, Account Executives, and Producers to implement campaigns.The ideal candidate is an organized, data-driven, collaborative self-starter who is eager to learn and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing landscape.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the implementation, tracking, and measurement of all campaigns with a heavy emphasis on digital ad campaigns.
  • Recommend and implement campaigns with conversion tracking, site analytics, and use of campaign effectiveness / ad verification partners.
  • Collaborate with internal graphic designers and front-end developers when creative/technical needs arise
  • Manage the delivery of creative assets, traffic sheets, and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for campaign launch
  • Oversee in-flight campaign pacing and performance to ensure full delivery and recording KPIs above benchmark
  • Traffic campaigns into technology platforms (3rdparty ad server)
  • Run the campaign QA process to ensure accurate campaign implementation, pacing, and performance
  • Compile and analyze performance data for ad creative, landing pages, and offers to assess effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Ensure campaigns are completed in a timely manner and expectations are met.

Requirements/Desired Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of digital marketing experience.
  • 1-3 years of customer service or client-facing experience.
  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects with short- and long-term deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication. Extremely detail-oriented.
  • Exceptional time management; ability to prioritize while on deadlines.
  • Effectively and efficiently work both as part of a team and independently when needed.
  • Ability to interface with co-workers and support department objectives.
  • Exceptionally organized and prompt.
  • Proactive and self-starter curiosity with a drive toward efficiency.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments concurrently.
  • Ability to reason clearly and handle problem resolution professionally.
  • Strong customer service ethics and high expectations for quality.
  • Agency experience a plus!
