Responsibilities:

  • Leads development of integrated internal and external communication plans, sales tools and thought leadership plans for large, complex initiatives. Outlines multi-year plans, works across the organization and measures results. 
  • Partners on communication planning for the acquisition and retention of clients for product solutions and executes on the plan. 
  • Aligns plans with project goals, gains consensus on project steps, schedule and implementation procedures and estimates project costs; fosters cooperation and involvement from support team. 
  • Collaborates regularly with team members, product managers, subject matter experts, sales and business partners to translate sales and product strategies into actionable strategic communications plans which includes determining the best method and vehicle. 
  • Identifies internal and/or external resources to ensure successful project completion. 
  • Proactively manages projects with demonstrated ability to prioritize a large workload, handling multiple requests from conception to completion on deadline, resolving issues, and escalating timely. 
  • Leads project evaluation against estimated plans and costs; makes recommendations for changes and provides ongoing updates and drives to decisions and successful outcomes with project team and leaders.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Eight to ten years of experience in communications activities
