As the point person for our brand, the Communications Manager sets the tone and voice for the entire company, including our locations in the United States and Canada. The Communications Manager is responsible for helping our clients communicate effectively and ensuring that Toole Design’s values, capabilities, and culture are clearly conveyed in our internal and external communications. The Communications Manager reports to the Director of Strategy and works closely with senior leadership of the firm on a daily basis.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, English or a related field 
  • A demonstrated interest in multimodal and active transportation issues 
  • A minimum of five years professional experience
