Responsible for providing internal and/or external technical writingsupport for a variety of technical documentation assignments. Author notifications that will meet different compliance standards and ensure written materials serve our customers in the best possible way.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Researches, develops, and edits complex communications materials. 
  • Supports the development and implementation of a strategic communications plan and related initiatives. 
  • Analyze existing documentation to create, maintain and update Letters, procedures, how-to-guides, training materials, enterprise framework diagrams and other technical documents into an easy-to- understand format as needed

Requirements:

  • Requires a BA/BS 
  • 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. 
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience performing IT technical writing and working with XML data 
  • Knowledge and experience understanding and documenting complex technical concepts, IT infrastructure systems, and architecture providing high-quality documentation for its intended audience 
  • Knowledge and experience in demonstrating excellent, clear and concise writing, grammar skills and the ability to work independently to deliver high quality documentation across multiple IT infrastructure functions 
  • Knowledge and experience with systems, business analysis and analytical principles
