The Creative Lead is the guiding voice for design best practices at Irish Titan and for our clients, and they are expected to help foster growth and continuous improvements to our design practice. In addition, they must direct the correct execution of the brand either for the client, a third party, our project teams, or our internal efforts.

Creative Leads will develop design concepts and directions for UI designs, content and assets, marketing materials, and campaigns. This will require them to make conceptual and stylistic decisions and present that decision making to our clients business and project leaders.

The Creative Lead will oversee multiple design projects at one time. This will include estimating work, working with project managers to establish timelines for creative work, overseeing design direction, ensuring all deadlines are met, confirming clients are satisfied with the results and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the duration of the project. They also act as quality control for their projects by reviewing and editing their team’s final products before distribution of any materials occur.

FURTHER ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:

  • Assessing a brand based on brand guidelines and suggesting improvements based on best practices 
  • Applying best practices for interface and interaction design to business goals and providing suggestions and recommendations in how to improve them 
  • Directing the creation and acquisition of content and assets within brand guidelines 
  • Estimating work and efforts on a continual basis for their projects 
  • Creating and executing broad creative concepts alongside other designers and strategists 
  • Demonstrating and applying deep understanding of User Interface design and User Interaction design

APPLICABLE SKILLS:

  • Ability to create or acquire brand appropriate images and assets 
  • Ability to execute on brand guidelines and create new content based on that guide 
  • Able to create and prioritize work on a project 
  • Have solid understanding of user experience design, digital marketing, and platform development 
  • Ability to present thoughts and ideas to a client effectively and persuasively 
  • Skilled with UI/UX design tools (InVision Studio and Sketch) 
  • Skilled with creative tools (Adobe Suite) 
  • Experienced with user interface design, photo manipulation, interaction design, user experience design, and art direction
