We are looking for a Designer who will thrive in a dynamic, challenging and highly creative environment. Individuals in this role will be responsible for driving creative solutions in all facets of brand communication design.

The position requires experience in brand development, print, digital and physical design, project management, relationship and consensus-building skills, and proven ability to think strategically in a variety of complex and evolving market sectors.

The successful candidate will be a professional with a proven track record, a driven self-starter, a problem solver, and someone who is passionate about creating remarkable brand experiences. As a Designer, the candidate will be responsible for conceptualization and design of solutions to completion, from strategic planning through execution to launch.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and promoting strategies and solutions that align with overall company goals, objectives, and expectations. 
  • Developing production schedules and launch plans with key deliverables, milestones, and assigned accountability. 
  • Ability to work within a team focussed on excellent strategic, analytic and critical thinking skills, combined with an ability to adjust course based on data/research findings. 
  • Providing strong written/verbal communication skills and polished capabilities in presenting strategies and concepts to senior level leadership. 
  • Collaborating with one or more Creative Directors to elevate creative solutions based on goals, objectives, and expectations.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a designer capacity. Prior strategy/management experience a bonus. 
  • Working independently or as part of a team, and navigating complexities to obtain support/resources needed to move initiatives forward. 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of UX and web design. 
  • Proven track record of successful delivery of digital solutions from planning to launch, as well as ability to define and track key performance metrics. 
  • Experience working with and leading web development teams through design concepts. 
  • Experience working with one or more Junior / Intermediate Designers. 
  • Experience managing external vendor relationships.
