Be Accountable and Responsible:

  • Work with Decision Sciences to counsel clients and the media and client services teams on the right KPI’s given plan objectives 
  • Place conversion event tracking pixels on the right areas of a client site based on recommendations from Decision Sciences on the consumer’s site journey, KPI’s and other reporting metrics 
  • Ensure that conversion tracking pixels are working properly when placed 
  • Directs specialist digital buying teams on campaign naming conventions before a campaign is launched for reporting purposes 
  • Conduct frequent site audits to ensure that pixels continue to work properly 
  • Handle the digital media traffic process by creating placement tags in DCM

These are the qualifications we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years previous experience in related field 
  • Experience in ad trafficking (e.g. Social platforms, Programmatic) 
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager 
  • Experience with Google Analytics 
  • Experience with tracking website conversions and events 
  • Excellent multitasking abilities and the ability to prioritize well in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communications skills 
  • Strong detail orientation 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills 
  • Bachelor's Degree; or equivalent work experience
