Responsible for creating visual and written content for various marketing platforms while ensuring all projects are branded properly and meet corporate standards. Will work closely with marketing team to develop strategies and marketing plan that will positively impact the overall success of VMP Healthcare and Community Living.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creates and executes creative and effective social media campaigns using analytics and reports. 
  • Ensures website is updated and accurate. 
  • Participates in development and implementation of promotional campaigns including ad development. 
  • Craft and monitor communication on our various social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. 
  • Responsible for seeing assigned graphic design projects through from concept to completion, including preparing final decision for social media. 
  • Able and willing to improve technical knowledge in an effort to stay current with trends in digital, social media, design and advertising. 
  • Assists in marketing strategies and objectives. Participates in new market research and design, as well as participating and preparing marketing exhibitor events. 
  • Maintains corporate identity and branding in all internal and external communication pieces. 
  • Uses graphic software (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) to do layout and design for print web media. 
  • Other duties assigned by the Director of Marketing as needed.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
