The Digital Communication Analyst is responsible for executing initiatives for the Digital Communications team, for UnitedHealthcare. You’ll work across the organization and our lines of business to manage the execution of our analytics initiatives and support the External Communications team with projects that protect and advance our brand reputation. From analytics and insights, social listening and monitoring, to managing testing of new experiences across digital properties, you’ll be in the middle of everything.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Under the direction of the communications leadership team will execute digital communications initiatives for UnitedHealthcare. 
  • Execute tactical plans for analytics initiatives that are aligned with UnitedHealthcare's overall communications efforts. 
  • Manage social listening/monitoring model across UnitedHealthcare and its lines of business. 
  • Seeks out and promotes new avenues for measurement/reporting capabilities. 
  • Advance our approach to performance delivery in areas like dashboards and automation. 
  • Builds effective relationships and positive communication with business leaders to deliver informed learnings and data-driven recommendations. 
  • Manage roadmaps and timelines across initiatives to ensure stakeholder support

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Communications, Marketing, Business, Data Science or the equivalent. 
  • 3+ Years of analytics, digital marketing, social media or communications experience 
  • Real world experience with analytics, A/B testing platforms (i.e. Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, etc.) 
  • Real world experience with social listening / monitoring tools (i.e. Brandwatch, Sprinklr, etc.) 
  • 3+ years of experience in a matrix organization or in working with matrix organizations. 
  • 3+ years of experience building relationships with internal stakeholders.
