Digital Graphic Designer

Position Profile:

Digital Design professional with expertise in:

60% digital, 40% print

  • Work at in-house corporate agency supporting Marketing Communications of Honeywell Home connected home products from Resideo Technologies, Inc. brand.
  • Create Corporate Communications materials including website graphics, social media assets (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram), animated web graphics, and internal PPT.
  • Develop creative solutions for consumer product launches including web assets, Amazon ads, in-store POS display, packaging, 3D rendering, and tradeshow/exhibit design.
  • A self-driven, hands-on digital graphic designer with the ability to work from concept through execution.


Creative excellence.

  • Develops concepts and designs as directed in the Marketing Brief.
  • Combines messaging with visual design to create powerful solutions for Resideo Technologies and Honeywell Home brand marketing communications needs.
  • Communicates conceptual and stylistic direction on projects to other creative team members.
  • Shares best design practices.
  • Delivers graphic design solutions for print, web, and social media that are fresh, accurate, relevant and on deadline.

Marketing Communications (Functional) Effectiveness.

  • Helps develop, and uses, templates, standards and Design Language Strategy. Reinvents less.
  • Maintains processes and digital asset repositories.
  • Provides design services for Resideo Corporate level initiatives, Consumer Products, Home Comfort and Security Products Business Units as assigned.
  • Understands the strategic business units’ products, markets and audiences.
  • Follows project management process and tools.
  • Takes initiative to manage own project priorities and deadlines.

Art direction of outside resources.

  • Provides direction to outside creative resources for projects: photographers, videographers, illustrators, and designers.
  • Works within project budgets reporting back to Creative Manager, MarCom Generalists and Project Managers as needed.

Brand Compliance.

  • Follows brand style guides and templates to ensure consistency of Resideo and Honeywell Home brand compliance.
  • Interprets and executes against Creative Briefs that meet Marketing value propositions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • BFA degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Advertising, Visual Communications.
  • Minimum 5 years-experience creating B2B and B2C communications
  • Minimum 5 years-experience understanding of creative, production processes across entire Marcom mix.
  • Minimum 3 years-experience directing outside creative resources
  • Fluent in Adobe Creative Professional Suite, InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, PPT, Word, After Effects, Adobe Animate, KeyShot.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Trade Show and Exhibit experience
  • Retail merchandising experience
  • Familiarity with Adobe digital tools, web, 3D rendering, social media with animation.
  • Mix of corporate in-house and agency experience preferred.
