Our Digital Marketing Manager will help develop and manage digital B2B marcom strategies and programs for NORD Gear Corporation. He/she will bring a technical marketing background and strategic hands-on experience to contribute to our double-digit sales growth.

The candidate will have 5+ years of demonstrated experience managing digital marketing programs (email automation, websites, advertising, SEM, SEO, CMS). Use digital solutions to increase successful product launches (PR, product literature, online marketing); and trade shows (advertising, PR, product displays, sales synergy).

He/she will possess superior hands-on and deadline driven B2B project management experience for a wide range of marketing communication initiatives. Successful candidates have product / service marketing experience creating promotion plans, developing and managing budgets, leading projects, creating and meeting deadlines, and working with internal teams and external vendors.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Functions):

  • Develop and manage digital marketing programs. This includes: website CMS, email automation, SEM, PPC advertising, metadata, SEO, online analytics, social media marketing, Adobe graphic design software, video integration, keyword research, etc. 
  • This position will also aid in other task as needed, such as staff training, generating marketing reports, production, content review and editing, CRM integration, industry sponsorships, distributor marketing, social media, etc. 
  • Create digital solutions that improve product launch and trade show marketing success -- working with engineering, training, marketing and sales 
  • Write and edit digital content 
  • Set and meet digital marketing project deadlines. Provide monthly analytics and accurate materials 
  • Contribute to improving our teamwork, work processes and results. Provide positive and professional conduct and interactions


  • 4-year college degree


  • 5+ years of hands-on website development, digital marketing, product launch and trade show strategy and project management experience.
  • Technical product, B2B OEM or power transmission industry experience desired. 
  • Knowledge of NORD products, competitors, industry or customer applications is desired.

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to work at a desk for 8+ hours a day. 
  • Able to travel at will.
