We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to work as a key member of our Marketing team to strategize, develop, implement execute and manage digital marketing campaigns to various audiences across multiple digital channels, including but not limited to: web content, mobile, email, PPC/SEM, SEO, social medial, online display ads, etc. The digital marketing manager plays a central role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, as well as driving website traffic, leads and sales.

A successful candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate abilities in planning/executing all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email and display advertising campaigns, measuring and reporting performance against goals and brainstorming new and creative growth strategies. Other responsibilities include:

  • Oversee website, including design, navigation and updates, to ensure optimization and utilization.
  • Strategize and manage all content on the website, incorporating branding throughout to ensure consistent messaging across the overall presence
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience and conversion
  • Work with internal constituencies to incorporate new financial technology solutions into the architecture of the website
  • Complete utilization analysis and report to VP-Marketing
  • Manage email marketing efforts using both internal resources and external support
  • Oversee Marketing Communications in the development and distribution of eNewsletters and social media efforts
  • Design and distribute regular cross-marketing email/promotions
  • Oversee Marketing Communications in the strategy, implementation and analysis of social media efforts
  • Continually analyze and report on SEO/SEM
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar distinction and/or 4-7 years previous experience in digital marketing/mediums, marketing, communications or similar field required.
  • Previous work experience in website design, content management, optimizing landing pages, user funnels, marketing automation required. 
  • Previous work experience in SEO/SEM, marketing databases, and/or digital marketing campaigns (email/social media, display advertising, etc.) preferred.
  • Strong analytic skills with the ability to interpret data to make thoughtful and sound decisions. Working knowledge of website analytic tools and ad serving tools preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to be able to interact and communicate with a diverse group of clients
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Flexibility with the ability to adapt to an ever-changing work environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated creative and strategic abilities. Highly creative with experience in targeting various audiences with engaging digital campaigns preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript development and constraints; in addition, the ability to work with MS Office Suite of products preferred.
