Digital marketing is key to Beacon Funding’s strategic marketing goals. We’re looking for a marketer ready to help tackle the digital aspects of the department with fervor. We have an advanced marketing department that’s enabled by management to use the best of today’s technical tools. Whether it be managing our multi-channel marketing campaigns workflows that target our audiences or A/B testing landing pages, the right Digital Marketing Specialist is going to be a technical whiz with a unique understanding of what makes our equipment financing clients tick to help the company continue to break previous year records as we grow to the next phase. Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation for our 50 person Sales Center 
  • Managing multi-channel campaigns in our marketing automation platform Adobe Campaign 
  • Overseeing our email marketing campaigns from start-to-finish including retention and batch-and-blasts 
  • Tracking success of all our campaigns using reporting on proper KPIs for email, web, and CRM 
  • Establish a range of automated marketing campaigns based on various criteria 
  • Optimizing our web presence with landing pages and SEO 
  • Experience managing email list hygiene by maintaining good IP reputations for different ISPs 
  • Writing content for our B2B audience for a variety of channels 
  • Working on a team to develop campaign ideas 
  • Crafting campaigns to target new customers, generate business with existing clients 
  • Making updates to our website and blog using a CMS 
  • Ability to learn from analytics and suggest improvements 
  • Logic for multi-channel campaigns 
  • Understanding audiences and segmentation to increase campaign effectiveness 
  • Direct interaction with marketing team’s dedicated application development team 
  • Monitor and develop new A/B testing initiatives on website and email 
  • Help with new initiatives such as new microsites, an online portal for our flagship website, and various other portals that provide live feedback to data sources

Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience 
  • Marketing, business or communications degree preferred 
  • Strong organizational skills and able to manage multiple projects; proactive regarding due dates and time management 
  • Be accountable, meet deadlines, multi-task, and work under pressure 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, especially when dealing with vendors, customers, sales team, and business partners 
  • Ability to write content for a B2B audience 
  • Editing/proof reading experience 
  • Has a knack for grammar 
  • Keen attention to detail 
  • Proficient with Google Analytics 
  • Experience with Tableau or other Business Intelligence tools is a plus 
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager 
  • Experience using a marketing automation platform like Hubspot, Pardot, or Adobe Campaign preferred 
  • Experience with a CRM 
  • Proficient with working in HTML or CSS 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) 
  • Experience with content management systems (Wordpress, Wix, etc.)
