As a member of team Versiti, you will become an important part of our mission: to help save lives in the communities we serve. Under the direction of the Manager, Digital Marketing, the Associate Manager Digital Marketing is charged with accelerating Versiti’s growth using managed digital channels through strategic planning, implementation, and measurement of organic and paid campaigns targeting B2B and B2C audiences alike. This position is a vital role within the corporate marketing team that amplifies the Versiti brand, footprint, and grows conversions to meet Versiti’s organizational goals and growth objectives to acquire, deepen, and retain relationships with our target audiences.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain a deep understanding of best practices, features, strategies, and tactics for all social channels. 
  • Lead social media strategy (paid and organic) for Versiti brands and affiliates and, in partnership with internal stakeholders, by developing, executing, and measuring social media strategies and tactics to ensure organizational goals are met. 
  • Manage all social media initiatives across multiple disciplines and departments from conception to delivery to ensure successful execution. 
  • Recommend, develop, and execute paid digital media plans, in partnership with marketing peers and segment leaders, to bring awareness to our mission and ensure conversions to meet segment goals. 
  • Ensure Google grant account is carefully managed and leveraged to grow our mission. 
  • Design and track KPIs, analyze performance with industry-standard tools, and provide insights that optimize future campaign strategies. 
  • Design and maintain digital dashboards and report on analytics and results. 
  • Ensure all Versiti social media programs and communications adhere to brand guidelines and voice. 
  • Cross-functional management in partnership with stakeholders and approved agencies to deliver comprehensive social media programs. 
  • Conduct regularly scheduled meetings with all stakeholders to ensure ongoing improvements and content calendars for all social channels. 
  • Collaborate with copy and design teams to create compelling content that builds relationships and motivates target audiences to take action. 
  • Develop, maintain, and socialize editorial calendars. Monitor tags and comments and ensure appropriate escalations and responses are handled across all managed social channels in collaboration with internal partners. 
  • Conduct rolling audits of social media channels (Versiti owned/managed and industry competitors), to evaluate the gaps and opportunities for the organization; make recommendations for improvements; ensure information is accurate and up to date, and confirm users are current, and found instances are approved or resolved. 
  • Identify and develop relationships with influencers and other allies, online and off, who can help amplify our message. Availability off-hours to cover urgent messaging or support special events.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in digital marketing or related degree required 

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience maintaining social media for an organization, especially producing dynamic content, growing followers quickly, and building out social media engagement tactics required. 
  • Three years’ experience recommending, executing, and measuring paid advertising through industry-standard digital channels. 
  • Experience creating and executing a diverse range of interactive and engaging digital-first content through platforms like Adobe Spark, Boomerang, etc., required 
  • Experience using industry-standard social media scheduling platforms 
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Ad reporting tools. 

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Expert-level mastery of organic and paid digital marketing tools, techniques, and analytics that influence behavior. 
  • Experience delivering a digital strategy and measuring and reporting on results. 
  • Demonstration of a passion for social media; an ongoing thirst for knowledge and an appetite to learn, constantly seeking out information and understanding of the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices; and a willingness to continuously share knowledge and recommendations with internal stakeholders. 
  • Storytelling: how to craft the perfect post, and how to tell the right story on each social channel in a way that engages audiences and cuts through the noise. 
  • Ability to write and edit content to our brand voice and in accordance with spelling and grammatical best practices. 
  • Ability to interpret and communicate information and ideas concisely, clearly, accurately, and persuasively to a variety of strategic audiences. 
  • Working knowledge of content editing software. Ability to meet tight deadlines and balance multiple projects in a face-paced and changing environment. 
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, but also be able to take initiative and work autonomously as needed. 
  • Highly developed organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to work independently. 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills. 
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills. 
  • Effective problem solving and decision-making skills. 
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
