Primary Responsibilities:

  • Play a key role in the continued growth of paid digital media within the Government Programs Growth Team. 
  • Work closely with the Paid Digital Media Director and our agency partners the successful candidate will be responsible for our media technology stack, media data flow and reporting. 
  • Facilitate on-going optimization of marketing processes across analytics, compliance and finance 
  • Manage a small, high performing team you will ensure channels are setup for success through real-time reporting, powerful insight and efficient partner management – both internal and external. 
  • Ensuring media reporting and measurement is accurate and insightful across all channels Working closely with agency and channel leads to ensure programs hit investment goals whilst being on or exceeding targets 
  • Surfacing opportunities to drive media efficiency through application of advanced measurement and attribution – delivered in a clear and actionable way 
  • Responsible for partner on-boarding and payments, ensuring billing is accurate and aligned with reporting 
  • Always on the lookout for new opportunities to improve insight and efficiency through new tools, technologies and partners

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing 
  • 3+ years of prior experience managing a team of digital marketing people 
  • 3+ years of experience in senior positions across digital media analytics, operations or technology 
  • 3+ years of professional experience using Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Excellent analytical capability, well versed in advanced measurement and incrementality testing 
  • Experience in combining and visualizing disparate media data sets from different platforms 
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role. UnitedHealth Group will adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination prior to employment to ensure compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expert proficiency within data visualization; Tableau, Domo, Power BI 
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics and advanced working knowledge of the Google Marketing Technology stack 
  • Experience either client or agency side. Financial services, insurance or technology experience 
  • An expert problem-solver able to resolve complex marketing technology platform and tracking issues 
  • A drive to execute directly. While this role will be part of a small, high performing team, we are looking for a leader who will be excited to set strategy and work in-platform
