Digital Merchandising Specialist I
Northern Illinois

We’re currently seeking a Digital Merchandising Specialist I who will play a key role in the success of the online business of The Bradford Exchange.This person will join a high performing Merchandising team that drives sales through hands-on daily management of our four websites. He or she will drive sales by managing our homepages, on-site search results, category page listings, A/B testing, and the online experience for Christmas and other gift-giving holidays.

How you will contribute:

Supporting regular updates to the website

  • Supporting kickoff of homepage with our Creative team.
  • Reporting on homepage performance with Google Analytics.
  • Reviewing performance and making suggestions for on-site search results.
  • Merchandising tasks related to driving a successful sales seasons for Christmas and other key gift-giving holidays.

Supporting User Experience and A/B testing

  • Helping with test set-up and reporting for online A/B tests
  • Participating in roadmap meetings to support testing
  • Learning an A/B testing and personalization software platform, Kibo / Monetate
  • Executing competitive research

Working in the Content Management System (CMS) to set-up products, manage category pages and optimize on-site search

What you will bring and skills that excite us:

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • 2-4 years experience in marketing, ecommerce 
  • Strong skills in MS Excel 
  • Curious and demonstrates problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
