Demonstrate courageous leadership and bold imagination
- Partner across the organization to develop the strategy and marketing plan for our entire portfolio of products and services, aligned to the company’s vision and strategic imperatives; build strong and sustainable competitive advantage; and achieve target revenue results
- Develop thought leadership pieces to ensure our portfolio of products and services is positioned effectively to deliver the capabilities, applications and outcomes customers care most about.
- Build a strong team, ensuring people are developed to take on increasing roles, future-proofing the organization by developing and recruiting outstanding talent who will build our bench and challenge the status quo
- Simplify processes and drive innovative new tools to help Marketing achieve its goals
Lead strategy development
- Be the expert in unlocking the full value of our complete portfolio of products and services to meet the most pressing needs of our customers and throughout industry, build strong and sustainable competitive advantage, and deliver on revenue targets
- Develop and evolve the strategy for Portfolio Marketing that supports customer-centered solutions, innovation and content. Partner with the BUs to evolve our organization to be more industry- and customer-centered, and engage key stakeholders engaged
- Drive commercial excellence with strong product launches and effective demand generation
