Job Summary/Purpose:

The Market Development Specialist delivers on the goals of the regional market development program which includes driving new patients from sponsorships with cancer support organizations (CSOs) and enhancing the reputation of CTCA through educational outreach activities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in marketing or communications). 
  • Ability to assist and lead projects as assigned by management 
  • 1-3 year’s experience in event Marketing and/or sales, preferably in a direct-to-consumer Marketing environment
  • Ability to write and speak powerfully in an active voice
  • Must have strong negotiating skills. 
  • Excellent organizational skills are a must. 
  • Must possess strong analytical skills. 
  • Strong sales orientation desired. 
  • Background in media buying and creative design preferred.
